Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Once your order has shipped, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
We do not accept returns, exchanges or issue refunds. All products are high quality and carefully made. Please be aware that all sales are final.
Damaged or Defective Products
Please submit evidence of the damaged or defective product within 4 days of receiving your items. Please contact email@example.com
For the purpose of the policy: "Defect or Damage" means product is visibly damaged or defected. This does not pertain to stolen or open packages upon arrival. Replacements are only given for visibly defected or damaged items within 4 days of receiving your package.
*NOTE: Due to COVID-19 we are unable to accept returns on damaged items
Canceling my order
To expedite your order processing we are unable to change, remove or edit orders once they are placed. This includes but is not limited to:
- Adding/removing items
- Change of product choice
- Order modifications
- Shipping modifications (with the exception of small errors like unit and/or apartment number missing)
*All sales are final
The tracking shows the package was delivered but I didn’t receive my package and/or my package has been lost or stolen.
It is the customer's responsibility to provide us a safe and accurate address for delivery. Once an order has shipped, Nourished by Shawnta LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address as entered for the order. Please contact the carrier for any information regarding the delivery. Please provide the carrier your tracking number.
* For the purpose of this policy, the term "incorrect address" includes but is not limited to missing suite, apartment, building numbers, incorrect street, city, or state names, and/or any other missing or incorrect information that causes the order to be undelivered.
Returned shipments deem "incorrect address/undeliverable" will be immediately refunded back to the customer upon receiving the return mail. The customer will then need to re-order the product if still desired. As we do not pay return shipping fees. Nourished will kindly refund back the amount paid for the item (shipping/handling cost not included as it is non-refundable).
- Once an order has shipped and tracking becomes available, please have a receiver available on the estimated date of arrival of the package.
- Have a receiver to contact the carrier to schedule a pick up at the carrier facility.
- Double check address input before submitting your order

When will my items ship?
For US Orders: Normally takes 7-14 business days
Shipping in 1–3 Business Days
ALERT: As a result of the ongoing COVID-19 emergency, certain packages may take longer than usual to arrive.
All orders have at least 1-3 business day lead time upon receiving order.
Orders placed during holidays, launches, major re-stocks or promotions will have a lead time of at least 4-5 business days upon receiving order.
Some items may be pre-order, please check your cart notes to know if you are getting a pre-order item
At the moment we ONLY SHIP DOMESTIC NO INTERNATIONAL or military APO shipping, although this will change soon!
